Flagged by the Report button on /view/:id. Shows open
reports by default — resolving one removes it from this list.
Paste an ad network's embed code into a slot below and turn it on — it starts showing on the site immediately, no deploy needed. Leaving a slot off (or its code blank) means nothing renders there.
Find an account by username or email to turn ads on or off for
them specifically — the per-account half of ad on/off mode (see
the sitewide switch in .env.example's
ADS_ENABLED). This is also where a future paid
"remove ads" tier would flip this same flag.
